canon digital camera eos rebel t3 image
BethAny
I connected the camera (canon eos rebel t3) which i just recently got, to a mac computer and the camera blinks red once and the lcd screen turns black.. i'm wondering why it does this.. nothing happens on the computer screen.. how do i get my videos onto the computer?
please help me.. i really need an answer.
thank you very much.
Answer
Unfortunately, Canon requires you copy the software that came with the camera in order to copy image files from the camera to your computer. You will need to find your installation disc that came with your T3 and install it on the Apple computer
This is why those of us who have been using digital cameras for over a decade, use card readers. No additonal software is needed. With an Apple computer, you can use the card reader and Finder to copy all the images to your computer. With a PC, you can use Windows Explorer to do the same thing

What is the difference between these two cameras?

I know that camera A comes with accesories, but there is no other difference between the cameras (Not even the price!). I am new to DSLR and SLR cameras, so I don't know much about them. Which buy would be better?
Camera A: http://www.walmart.com/ip/Canon-Black-EOS-Rebel-T3-Digital-SLR-Camera-Bundle-4GB-SD-Card-and-Bag-with-Additional-Bonus-16GB-Memory-Card-and-Tripod/21997675
Camera B: http://www.walmart.com/ip/Canon-12.2MP-5157B002AA/15754560?findingMethod=Recommendation:wm:RecentlyViewedItems
I realized that the camera not in the bundle comes supports RAW files, which are better to edit and are not compressed. Which one should I get based on that?
Answer
The bundle has accessories that you probably wouldn't buy elsewhere and it would be pricey if you try to buy them one by one. I would get the bundle.
