It looks like a little P&S just like a hundred others, except it seems more expensive.
I wouldn't want it, since it only has 3x optical zoom and NO manual controls, so I'd be forever at the mercy of the camera. There is no room to improve or grow with such a camera, and nothing you can do if the light situation isn't quite perfect.
12 Megapixels in such a tiny sensor is too much, it causes noise/grain.
I don't really know anything about Agfa, but I'd stick with either Canon or Nikon.

I highly recommend Butterflyphoto.com. I bought my Canon SD400 camera from them in 2005. After doing a ton of research, they had the lowest price. Happy camera shopping!
