My camera is a Kodak EasyShare CX7330. Are there any free, easy ways to hack it on the Internet to add features or make it better?

All the "hacks" so far are for Canon P&S cameras. To use hacks you may have to just buy a Canon camera that someone has developed hacks.

I have a Samsung S860 camera, and I want to override the settings on it so I can allow the lens to be exposed for any ammount of time. Are there any programs/websites that allow me to put new firmware on my camera?

No, a quick check didn't turn up any firmware hacks for this camera. A lot of the Canon Powershots have a firmware hack called CHDK. It's really elegant in that it doesn't actually overwrite your firmware so you don't have to worry about voiding your warranty or anything like that, but it enables a lot of features that are almost impossible to find in cameras in their class. I only mention this in case you remember this the next digital camera you purchase.
