Which is the Best DigiCam under Rs12000?

i am willing to buy a digicam and my budget is Rs 12000 max.
The cams which i hace shortlisted are
Sony W350 & Canon IXUS 120IS

I have used both cams in chroma store.sony images were much sharper but canon in a market leader in cams so i am a bit confused.

both digicams have almost same features

but sony has carl zeiss lens while canon has canon lens.Also sony has Panaorma features which canon does not have.

Both the cams u have shortlisted are good but try 2 more cams out b4 u take ur decision;
nikon S4000 priced at around Rs.10000 ans nikon s230 priced at Rs.11500.
