Should I buy the Sony T300 or Canon SD790 digital camera?

I'm looking for a digital camera that is 0.8inches deep and can easily slide into my pocket. Does the Sony T300 or Canon SD790 have better picture quality. If it's the same I will just get the Sony because it looks better, what do you think. Any thoughts from owners of either camera is appreciated as well. Thank you.

What brand and which model digital camera?

I am looking into buying a new digital camera. What brand (I prefer Minolta, Nikon or Canon) and which model is the best in terms of picture quality? I am an adventurous traveler and looking for something that I can slip it in my pocket, pouch or sling bag. Also one that use an energy efficient battery.

depends on what youre using it for. but I would stick with canon. cant go wrong there.
