Buying Olympus E-520 Camera in 2012?

Is the Olympus e-520 digital camera still good to buy in 2012?
I got a slightly used Olympus e-520, is a 2008 model...i don't know if it's good to buy now.

Please tell me if you know about cameras.

The Canon and Nikon fanboys will be along in a moment to tell you otherwise, but this is a thoroughly nice piece of kit.

By the way, the difference between 4/3rds and micro 4/3rds has nothing to do with sensor size, 4/3rds are DSLRs and over the years Olympus have made some very nice ones.

I'm assuming it comes at least with the 14-42mm standard zoom - don't touch it without a lens - and try to handle it before you commit yourself, but if it feels right and you like the price, by all means, go for it.

Which are the best budget Digital cameras to have for at most around $200?

Check out for Canon PowerShot ELPH 300 HS the quality of this camera is great, it takes very nice photos, it is small and very portable, the manual mode is also very good.
